These terms apply to the international network access services obtained and used through the 34VPN website and user panel. By visiting the website, creating an account, choosing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any provision, stop using the relevant services. Refund conditions are set out in a separate refund policy.
Service Content and Scope
34VPN provides subscription services for international access and connections through international routes, covering 100+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, client access points, and plan features are based on the information displayed on the website and user panel at the time.
Routes may change because of network maintenance, data center adjustments, third-party platform policies, or local network conditions. Connection results may differ by region, carrier, device configuration, and destination website. Choose regions and routes according to your actual needs, and install required client updates in a timely manner. The service does not guarantee continuous access to any third-party website, application, or content.
Account and Subscription Rules
An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. You are responsible for providing account details you can remember and for keeping them secure. The account holder is responsible for access problems caused by a forgotten username, poor password management, or sharing credentials with others. If unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and stop any unauthorized connections.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online simultaneously under one subscription, but the subscription is for the account holder's self-managed devices only. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publicly share account credentials or subscription information, or distribute access to unrelated persons through shared services, payment services, or other means. Subscription traffic, reset cycles, and upgrade procedures follow the specific terms stated on the selected plan page.
Compliant Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the regions involved in your use of the service, and independently confirm that your intended use is lawful. You may not use the service to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks, send bulk unwanted messages, access systems without authorization, or engage in activities that may disrupt routes, servers, or other users' normal connections.
You must also follow the rules of the websites and applications you access. Restrictions imposed by third-party services on accounts, content, regions, or access methods are determined independently by those third parties. 34VPN does not manage third-party content and is not responsible for reviewing content that users access, publish, or store through international routes.
Service Availability and Liability
34VPN maintains its network, clients, and user panel based on available technical conditions. International links depend on carriers, data centers, end-user systems, and third-party networks, so connection speed and availability may change with actual conditions. Planned maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream failures, equipment configuration issues, or events beyond reasonable control may cause brief interruptions or adjustments to some routes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 34VPN is not responsible for third-party website content, continued operation, account decisions, or data accuracy, and is not liable for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, credential leaks, or improper use by the user. Where mandatory legal rules impose different limits on liability, those rules apply.
Suspension and Termination
If you resell a subscription, publicly distribute credentials, interfere with service operation, infringe the rights of others, violate applicable laws and regulations, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, 34VPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To investigate unusual traffic or protect network stability, 34VPN may also temporarily restrict relevant access and review the account status.
You may stop using the service at any time. After an account is suspended or terminated, outstanding matters will be handled under the selected plan rules, the separate refund policy, and applicable law. Account termination does not remove responsibilities that arose before termination, nor does it affect compliance, liability limitations, or dispute provisions that should remain effective by their nature.
Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance
34VPN may revise these terms because of service changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. Revised content will be published on the website or user panel with the new update month identified. The revised terms apply to subsequent use from the time they are published; if a change materially affects an existing subscription, an explanation will be provided through available on-site channels. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
Refund conditions are set out separately in the refund policy. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment; the refund policy page governs the eligible scope, processing requirements, and exclusions.
