Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how 34VPN handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration services. Data processing is limited to account, subscription, connection, security support, and billing functions. Collection is limited to what each purpose requires, and account data is not used for purposes unrelated to service delivery.
Data collected and purposes
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Therefore, 34VPN does not collect a registration email. Account data includes the username, password verification information, subscription status, and total traffic usage. This data supports authentication, plan delivery, usage calculations, and account security. Traffic usage is used only to determine remaining subscription or traffic-package capacity; it does not include destinations or transmitted content.
Order records may include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, transaction identifier, and order processing time. This information is used to complete billing, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. Site analytics may include page views, referring pages, browser type, device type, network address, and error information. These details help assess site operation, identify unusual access, and improve performance. Where practical, analytics results are aggregated or de-identified.
No-logs policy and connection data
34VPN does not record which websites users access, network request contents, communications, or destination lists that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. This service does not create connection logs for long-term tracking of individual network activity.
While establishing routes and forwarding data, the system temporarily processes the technical information required to complete a connection. This information exists only during the active process and is not retained as a connection log after the connection ends. Account traffic statistics retain only aggregated usage for applying subscription or traffic-package rules. Diagnostic materials voluntarily submitted for troubleshooting are used only for the related support ticket and are not repurposed for marketing.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences, language selection, and necessary security markers. These data maintain sessions, prevent repeated input, and keep page functions working properly. If necessary storage is disabled, login status, plan management, or client access may not work normally.
Identifiers used for site analytics support only operational analysis and security decisions. 34VPN does not build cross-site advertising profiles for the purpose of selling personal data. After signing out, users can clear locally stored data through their browser settings; some preferences will need to be selected again afterward.
Third-party payment processing
This service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant payment channel or an on-chain network, whose data practices are governed by its own rules. 34VPN receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not store complete payment credentials collected directly by payment channels.
Payment channels may process payment-related data for risk control, settlement, or compliance purposes. Before submitting information on a payment page, users should review the privacy information provided by the relevant channel. 34VPN uses returned payment results only for order confirmation, reconciliation, refund processing, and dispute verification.
Data retention and deletion
Account and subscription data are retained while an account remains active to provide login, plan management, usage checks, and support. Order records are kept for the periods required for billing, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable rules. Site analytics and security records are retained only for the shortest period needed for analysis and risk response, after which they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data through a ticket in the user panel. After receiving a request, this service verifies account ownership and deletes or anonymizes data that is no longer needed. Records temporarily retained for unsettled orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable rules are handled under the retention rules once the relevant purpose ends. Requests concerning data held by payment channels must follow their own procedures.
Security measures and policy updates
34VPN reduces the risk of misuse, disclosure, or unauthorized access through access controls, transmission protection, account authentication, and operational monitoring. Users should keep their username and password secure. If account activity appears abnormal, submit a ticket through the user panel so login and subscription status can be reviewed.
This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be explained through visible notices on the site. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
