Create your login details
Create an account and open the user panel
First, open the 34VPN account creation page. Registration is straightforward: choose an unused username, then enter and confirm a password. No email address is required, so your username will be an important identifier when you sign in later. Before submitting, check that the username has no extra spaces, that both password entries match, and that you store these details in a trusted password manager.
After the page confirms that your account was created, you will usually be taken straight to the user panel. If you return to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just set. In the panel, check that you can see entries such as “Account Overview,” “Buy a Plan” and “Download Client” at the top or in the sidebar. The service is not configured yet; the next step is to choose a plan based on your actual usage. Do not enter server addresses at random in a third-party client first, because 34VPN delivers route information through the subscription.
If the page says the username is already taken, return to the field and choose another one. If nothing happens after submission, check that your connection is stable, then refresh the account creation page and try again; avoid clicking the button repeatedly in quick succession, which can send the same request more than once. Account creation issues are covered in the Account section of the FAQ; less common recovery procedures are outside the scope of this page.
Choose your billing method
Choose a plan and place your order
After signing in, open the “Buy a Plan” section. 34VPN offers monthly subscriptions and data plans. First consider how consistently you will use the service. A monthly subscription suits devices with a steady monthly need, with data resetting each month from the activation date. A data plan suits irregular use when you want unused data to remain available; it lasts until the data is used and never expires.
Monthly subscriptions currently include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. If you upgrade partway through a term, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Data plans include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Do not compare only the total price; consider your everyday usage. Text browsing and light office work often suit a lower allowance, while regular video streaming or frequent file transfers require more data. For a fuller comparison, see the billing models section of the buying guide.
Once you have chosen a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” on the relevant card to open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, data allowance and price, then select an available payment method—Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. Do not close a payment page before its result is confirmed, and do not create duplicate orders for the same need. If the panel has not updated after payment, reload the overview later and check again.
All plans support unlimited devices and include 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. Unlimited devices does not mean that data is separated: devices using the same account subscription share the data included in the selected plan. For household or multi-device use, choose a tier based on total consumption.
Copy your personal configuration link
Get a subscription from the user panel
Once the order is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. The page shows your current plan, data status and subscription options. Find “Subscription Details,” “Copy Subscription” or a similarly named button, then copy the link to your clipboard. The subscription link lets the client retrieve the route list and receive future updates. It is not a public download address, and its contents should not be split manually.
A real subscription link appears only in the user panel after you sign in. This guide does not display any usable subscription address. If you need to recognize the link format, treat the placeholder below as a format example only; it cannot connect to 34VPN and should not be imported into a client:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying the link, do not publish it on a public website, in a group chat or in a screenshot. A subscription normally contains credentials for reading the routes available to your account, and someone else could use them and consume data from the same plan. To use it on another device you own, transfer it through a trusted device-sync method, or sign in to the user panel on the new device and copy it again.
If no subscription option appears in the overview, first confirm that the order is active and reload the page. When a plan expires or its data runs out, the client may retain old route names but be unable to update or connect normally. Return to the user panel to check the plan status instead of repeatedly deleting the client configuration. After confirming that you have copied the subscription, continue by choosing the client for your platform.
Configure each device
Import the client on each platform
The client reads the subscription, displays available routes and establishes the connection. Use the “Download Client” section in the user panel to find the entry for your device; do not download installation files from unfamiliar pages. After installation, allow the client to apply any required system network configuration, then import the subscription you copied earlier using the instructions for your platform below.
Windows
On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription imports. After installation, launch the client and look in the main window, sidebar or tray menu for “Subscriptions,” “Configuration Management” or “Import from URL.” When creating a subscription, enter a recognizable name, paste the link copied from the user panel into the address field, save it and run an update once.
After the update, the client should show a list of regions or routes. On the first connection, Windows may ask whether to allow a network configuration to be created; confirm it according to the system prompt. If the address is reported as invalid after pasting, check for spaces at either end of the link, then copy it again from the user panel. Do not edit the characters manually.
macOS
On macOS, use a desktop client that supports remote subscriptions. Open the client download area through the user panel and obtain the client using the method provided there. The first time you open it, macOS may ask you to confirm the app source or authorize a network configuration. These prompts are managed by macOS; after confirming that the client came through the panel entry, continue.
In the client, open “Configuration,” “Subscriptions” or “Remote Configuration,” choose the option to add one by link, paste in the subscription and save it. Then click Update so the client can retrieve the route list. If a client icon appears in the menu bar, use it to select a route and connect. If no new routes appear, return to subscription management and refresh it manually.
Android
On Android, use a mobile client that supports URL subscription imports. Check the download area in the user panel for the appropriate entry, install and open the client, then choose “Import from link” from the add button, configuration page or subscription manager. Paste and save the subscription, then wait for the route list to finish updating.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system confirmation dialog for establishing a network connection. Confirm it; the status bar will usually show the system connection indicator. If strict battery-saving limits are enabled, the client may be paused in the background. In the device’s app settings, allow it to keep the necessary background activity running. Settings vary considerably by manufacturer; see Connection and troubleshooting for more detail.
iOS
On iOS, use a network client that supports subscription imports. Open the download area in the user panel and follow the iOS entry to the relevant download page. After installation, open the client and choose import by URL under Add Configuration, Subscriptions or Remote Files. Paste in the subscription and save it.
When you connect for the first time, iOS asks to add a network configuration. Confirm it, complete system authorization using your device unlock method, then return to the client and choose a route. After the subscription updates successfully, the client displays routes by region. When route information changes later, update it from the subscription page; there is no need to create another account or buy the plan again.
Confirm that the route is working
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing the subscription, choose a region from the client’s route list that matches your current needs. For a service tied to a specific region, choose that region first. For general browsing or cross-border work, start with a nearby route that offers a stable connection. Route type and region affect the experience; if you are unsure how to evaluate them, see the global routes guide.
Click the connect button and wait for the client status to change to “Connected” or a similar state. Then open the website or app you need and confirm that pages load, sign-in works and access remains stable. Do not judge the result by the client button color alone: it only shows that the local connection process has started. The current route is suitable when the target service opens reliably.
If the client says it is connected but the target page will not open, disconnect the current route, switch to another route in the same region and connect again. Reload the target page afterward; if necessary, fully close and reopen the target app. If no route works, check whether the subscription can update, whether the plan is active, and whether other software that changes network settings is running at the same time.
Once the connection works, repeat the “sign in to the panel, copy the subscription, import it into the client” process on your other devices. 34VPN supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the data in the account plan. There is no need to delete the subscription frequently. Update the subscription in the client whenever the route list changes. Changing plans does not require a new import; wait for the user panel status to update, then refresh the existing subscription.
The basic setup is now complete. If you later encounter connection drops, subscription update failures, a region mismatch for the target service or an unusual payment status, open the FAQ and follow the steps for the relevant issue. To compare IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct routes, or to learn about bandwidth, billing and household sharing, continue with the cross-border network service buying guide.
